Evangelical, Reformed, Charismatic Church
Sunday service at the Good News Church. Everyone is welcome and we would love you to join us at 10am for tea and toast, followed by lively worship to kick off our service at 10:30am.
On arrival you will be greeted by a member of our welcome team in the blue t-shirts and shown into the venue.
The service starts at 10:30, but tea, coffee and toast will be served from 10:00am.
We usually start our meetings with around 30 minutes of praise and worship, this will be contemporary in style and you are more than welcome to join in, or to just observe.
After the worship, the children’s work is opened (see below) so that the children can go to their groups before the preach. There will then be around a 30 minute message based on a passage from the Bible.
Following the preach there may be an opportunity for people to respond to what they have heard through prayer or song.
At the end of the service there will be an opportunity for prayer.
After the service, tea and coffee will be served, so please stay for a drink and a chat. We’d love to get to know you.
At some point during the meeting an offering will be taken up, as a guest, please do not feel under any obligation to give, simply let the basket pass you by, this is an opportunity for the church family to give as part of their worship.
We are an informal church, there is no dress code. So whilst you will find that most of us are dressed casually, a tie would not be out of place if you prefer.
Parking – There is a free car-park at the hall, or on road parking immediately outside.
